How to convert a PDF to CSV

Clean CSV that imports anywhere
The CSV is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so accented characters and symbols survive, fields are quoted correctly, and any cell that starts like a spreadsheet formula is escaped to prevent CSV injection. When a PDF holds several tables you get a ZIP with one CSV each, so nothing is jammed into a single messy file.
Import into Google Sheets, Excel or a database
In Google Sheets choose File → Import → Upload and pick the CSV; in Excel use Data → From Text/CSV. For databases and accounting or budgeting tools, a plain CSV is the universal exchange format. Because the file is built on your device, sensitive rows never pass through anyone else's server.
